• Having 30 years excellent work experience in the administrative field.
• Having 6 years experience in auditing Integrated Management System (QESHMS)
• Proficient skills in the use of database management, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software. (MS EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, PROJECT, OUTLOOK& other APPS).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Express ideas effectively in verbal and written communication.
• Possess ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Work well under pressure and use good judgment in assessing difficult situations.
• Skilled in documenting procedures and records management, systematic filing as well as developing and teaching training courses.
• Proactive, ability to multitasking, maintain effectiveness and efficiency of the office with minimal or in the absence of my superior.
• Enthusiastic, organize and resourceful.
• Willing to learn and put new skills into practice also take responsibility for own learning and performance, and supporting, training and developing others to improve services to customers.
