I've been in the Real estate Business for 2 years overall. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology in 2019. I worked in the real estate sector in the Philippines for two years in a position of administration and in Washington for one year as a comps analyst. Among the things I had to do were underwrite, email offers to realtors, skip trace, generate leads, enter data, analyze comparables, and conduct market research. We used a variety of tools, including Zillow, Realtors, Redfin, MLS, Propstream, Podio, Connected Investor, and TruePeopleSearch.
