I have an experience in Customer service and Technical support for 10 months which was my first job.I am currently an HR Associate for more than 2 years now. I accommodate general inquiries of the employees regarding company policies and assisted them with Time Off and Leave requests, plotting schedules in their timecards and mostly company and government benefits related. Employees can reach out to us HR via call, chat or ticketing portal (ServiceNow). I am also knowledgeable in shared services such as Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow and Kronos. We are using mostly Microsoft Office tools in our day-to-day work.
