In my previous role as a Senior Travel Expert at Hopper, I am part of a team that makes sure that all tickets have been issued correctly using the GDS (Sabre, Amadeus and Apollo). A part of my responsibilities is to also check duplicate reservations and action them accordingly. I am also responsible in contacting the travelers if there are any schedule changes that happened in their tickets, and to offer options to them.
And in my previous role as a Reservations Manager at Sea N' Rent, I am managing a team of 5 people remotely in which responsible but not limited to, coordinating with the guests, coordinating with the ground team, checking listings, adjusting rates as needed, providing daily reports, optimizing min/max stays and creating new listings to various OTAs.
