As an experienced Property Project
Manager, I am responsible for overseeing all phases of real estate development
projects from inception through construction completion. My key duties include:
- Performing in-depth site
analysis, zoning assessments, and financial feasibility studies to evaluate
development opportunities;
- Creating detailed financial
models to assess development budgets, funding sources, operating budgets, and
cash flow projections;- Assembling and managing
high-performing development teams including architects, engineers, contractors,
and consultants;
- Conducting comprehensive due
diligence on potential sites, including appraisals, inspections, title reports,
environmental reviews, and market analyses;
- Overseeing the design process,
managing community relations, and obtaining all necessary government approvals;- Coordinating complex project
financing, including applications for debt, tax credits, grants, and subsidies;
- Closely monitoring construction
progress, proactively managing issues and change orders, and submitting
accurate requisitions;
- Providing research, analysis,
and recommendations to support the assessment of commercial development
opportunities;
- Preparing detailed reports,
issue papers, and briefing notes to inform and support executive
decision-making.
