I am an IT Support and System Administrator with over 3 years of hands-on experience managing cloud-based servers, web infrastructure, and CRM automation systems.
At Marksix Enterprise (June 2022 – April 2026), I managed more than 50 live AWS EC2 servers running Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS). My responsibilities included configuring IIS, setting up SSL certificates (ZeroSSL, PFX), building and managing FTP servers using FileZilla to streamline file access for development teams, and deploying servers on Vultr including VPN setup.
In addition to server work, I build CRM automation systems using GoHighLevel — including lead capture landing pages, email workflows, sales pipelines, and ManyChat messenger automations for local business clients.
I am a self-driven professional who continuously improves through hands-on practice, TryHackMe, VMware lab environments, and self-study. I am looking for a long-term role where I can apply my technical and automation skills to support business operations.
