My skillset includes being able to quickly learn or adapt to any tool or software that you may require, eager to learn new things, fast with my work if I am confident in my process, confident in thinking of solutions when it comes to problem solving, willing to always listen to feedback and learn from it, being great at sorting and keeping everything organized, a great note taker, very fluent communication skills and a team player.
I am efficient with a handful of productivity applications or software like Microsoft Office apps, Google Productivity apps, Trello and Streak. Also I come bearing with great experience with the accounting application QuickBooks Online, as it has been my most used software. As well as great experience with the AILO Property Management app and experience with PropertyMe, Property Tree, Console Cloud, REI Forms, VaultRE. As long as it is teachable, I am willing to put in the time to learn and become great with a software or tool.
I would like to say I am a person who lives in the -----------nt, someone who also tries and gets to know people for who they are, very enthusiastic if something intrigues or interests me and I enjoy pursuing and being the best at my hobbies, one of which is dancing and I feel like it is my greatest outlet for creativity. Very much into cars (specifically JDM and European), technology, digital art, gaming, fashion and listening to music. A lot of my hobbies and interests intertwine with one another and makes me the person that I am today.
