I have years of experience working in the BPO industry, and I have handled different accounts like Healthcare, Financial, a little bit Technical and Sales. The highlight of my BPO career was when I was sent to the US for process training. It is a proof that I am a capable employee, one who is able to do tasks as required and be an asset to the company.
