I bring with me over 5 years of experience in the BPO industry. I started as an agent, then became a compliance analyst, and eventually worked my way up as a coach. I have developed a keen eye to details, as well as a habit of organizing multiple tasks at the same time. I have worked using MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and AutoCAD. On top of all these, I am highly trainable, ambitious, driven, and hardworking. I firmly adhere to work ethics and can effectively interact with people across all levels of the organizational structure.
