I have been working in various roles for the past seven years, from Logistics to Operations and then in Administrative Roles.
I started working in logistics as a Road Transport Compliance Assistant wherein, I was tasked with the monitoring of fuel tankers via GPS and analyzing driver behavior and turnaround times. This also includes assessing haulers and conducting safety meetings and drills as well as maintaining a fleet database.
I also worked in sales as a Supply Sales and Marketing Assistant wherein, I was tasked with the administrative and as well as the operational aspects of sales. I also handled customer inquiries and concerns as well as prospecting for new clients as well.
Then, I worked as a Compliance Officer wherein, I was tasked in the compliance of regulatory requirements for the operation of the fuel tankers (i.e. Vehicle Registration, Insurance, Fire Permit, Calibration Certificate). I also conducted regular visits to different freeport areas and depot terminals in the Philippines to meet with Officers and Regulators to build working relationships for the continuous
I had a brief stint in the BPO Industry where I worked as a Speech Transcriptionist. I was transcribing various audio clips with utmost accuracy.
Finally, I worked in a government agency. Wherein, I worked for the Office of the Director of the Legal Service wherein I was tasked to facilitate the conduct of virtual hearings as well as administrative support. I was also transferred to the Public Information and Planning Service where I also worked in liaison as well as administrative support and the making of reports submitted regularly to various government agencies.
