Has had previous experiences working as a Wedding Events Coordinator as well as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO which honed my skills of working in a team environment as well as being courteous despite the clients/customers demands. Working as a Wedding Events Coordinator, my skills as someone who consistently deals with multitude of people politely and amicably have been polished. While working as a Customer Service Representative, I have been trained in an office setting, with an emphasis on dealing with customers with a wide range of requests, reasonable or unreasonable.
As someone who is currently at the last year of finishing his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, I have studied various skills on how to approach, as well as deal with patients who can be difficult to work with. As an avid consumer of western media ranging from tv shows to books, I have sufficient experience in English comprehension and conversation. I have acquired a Professional and Non-Professional Certification on our country's Civil Service Examination.
