Responsible for overseeing all aspects of new and assigned projects from design, estimation, implementation, construction to completion. Ensures that the project adheres to company safety policies and mandated requirements. Ensures plans and financial projections to ensure that they are accurate and reasonable. Creates project schedule and works with the contractors to ensure work is done properly on time. Monitors activities at site and prepare project reports. Ensure safety and sustainability policies in the workplace. Identifies project problems and ensure implementation of solutions.
