I started sales as a real estate agent in 2013. I was studying while working closing millions every month, and paying my school fees from my commission. Then, I tried to apply to the BPO industry way back in 2014. My first job as a call center agent was with SONY VAIO, it was a sales tech account. We do computer troubleshooting, identifying if the customer is having software issues so we can offer technical support to them. I worked with them for 3 years. My second BPO experience was with Accenture Philippines, I worked with an energy company in Australia as a collection specialist for a year. We identify customers' hardships so we can offer them a payment plan so they can pay their bills. I also worked as chat and email support with a famous clothing line in the US for a few months that was in 2019. My last job was with Concentrix for 3 years and 8 months it was a software company that offered technical support and software like antivirus, VPN and even identity theft protection like insurance. The same as what I do with my first BPO company we do connect to customer computers. We fix if it is something we can fix on our end. We sell our service if the customer doesn't have any subscription. The best thing about it compared to my first company. We can offer software that can give us more opportunity to close a sales. I also have the knowledge on checking if customers are vulnerable to hackers by checking their computer software securities. My favorite part is offering our Identity theft protection. My technique for closing sales, first we should sound enthusiast and professional. We also should have rapport to the customers so we can get their trust. I also ask probing questions so I can identify the best plan for them. I make sure that my customers are satisfied before closing the call.
