As a former BPO Recruiter, my previous tasks involved arranging calls and interviews and preserving candidates' databases. I also facilitate the hiring process efficiently by finding the best-fit candidates for the position per account. Overall, I am acting as an account Point-of-Contact, managing BPO call center accounts, collaborating with Operation Managers and Team Leaders, and Learning and Development. On the other hand, as a previous Human Resource Assistant, I was tasked to resolve disciplinary cases and facilitate due processes, disciplinary, suspension, and termination notices. I am also responsible for the compensation, medical, and statutory benefits of the employees in the company. It was also part of my job to record the individual timesheets of the custodial officers.
