Having an experience as a call center agent gives me alot of benefits. This includes talking to an international individual who's having their issue and give them the most possible resolution to fix the issue. I am also amenable to work on pressure, because I was used to it. As well as I am a former journalist when I was in high school so doing basic english is an easy job for me.
