I worked in the BPO industry , specifically as a Customer Service Representative for both Voice and Chat Support for 1 year and 4 months, and 9 months as a Virtual Assistant doing General VA Admin Tasks such as Data Entry , Social Media Management, Automations, Scheduling Appointments, WordPress Development and mostly Graphics Design, editing Photo's for Social Media posts and videos for my previous client's YouTube Channel and website.
Thanks to my previous tenure, I've learnt both how to communicate to clients and manage repetitive tasks to lessen my client's burden, which is my goal!
