Due to the nature of the work, I can and have learned to work with different personalities from all walks of life, can organize, and multitask work efficiently to be able to deliver assignments/tasks at a timely manner.
Prior to my post as an operations supervisor, I worked as a Technical Support Representative where I worked with various clients in troubleshooting issues with their devices whether it be their phones, printers, computers, etc..
I have a good grasp of the English language, and is skilled with O365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and administrative work/tasks. I am very open to learning new things if the work demands it. I like to believe that I'm a quick-learner
