I started working in 2008 as a technical support representative for AT&T, dealing with internet connectivity issues, experienced different types of customers around the US.
And began discovering other jobs that do not require phone time. In 2013, I began working as an order management specialist with West Business Services. This requires organizational skills, time management, and learning to weigh competing priorities as this is a deadline-driven environment.
Now, a Project Manager with Notified Digital Media, the acquired skills and knowledge with being an order manager is parallel to the type of working environment: deadline driven, client feedback, time management, and stress management.
