I have been working in the BPO industry for 3 years now. This has always been a great avenue for me to develop and enhance my employment skills. With that amount of time, I have handled more customers than you can ever imagine, which have been my greatest advantage of all.
Working for 3 years in bpo have given me such enormous opportunities of personal and career growth. The amount of time I spent talking and taking good care of customers without compromising quality is my great edge. On top of that, my speaking, writing as well as thinking and problem solving skills have been molded.
But above all, I think the greatest employment skill I have learned is being a team player. For me, being a part of a team who is competitive, purpose driven, and people concious is what makes a good customer service representative
