Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepares timesheets for all personnel (whether hourly or monthly rated).
• Checks daily attendance based on:
? Foremen’s Daily Time Record (FDTR)-for hourly rated personnel
? Employee Daily Time Record (EDAR)-for monthly rated personnel
• Checks and reviews timecards, overtime notices, leave applications, sick reports,
etc. against submitted FDTR’S and EDAR’s.
