AB. Broadcasting. I worked as a customer service representative in a Telco account for 3 years and with my first employer (Eperformax). I'm now currently working as a Sr. Associate Representative in a US bank. I've been part of various lines of business in terms of banking systems such as credit card application, non voice operations, filing and investigating cases based on the client's concerns on their accounts and I'm also part of the Fraud and Disputes Support Center.
