My work experience comprise of both Customer Service and Sales both for B2B and B2C sales industry. I handled pre-sales and post-sales services for our clients across the globe. On a daily basis, we do call and email outreach to our new and existing clients We always communicate with them to know how we can help them and what assistance they need. I have experience on both cold calling and warm calling leads We are also constantly looking for new prospects that we can add into our pipeline. I set up demos, product presentation and meetings for my manager and clients to discuss the products or services and how we can move forward with them. I did lead generation and appointment setting aside from the ones I have mentioned already. And by the end of the day, We have admin tasks to finish so we can keep the accounts updated every time
