As a Human Resources Administrator, I have been providing administrative support to the global HR team for more than seven years. I have been responsible for managing the HRIS systems, such as UKG and Lawson, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of employee data and records.
I have also been involved in facilitating the HR processes, such as onboarding, separations, billing, and payroll, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as managers, employees, vendors, and auditors.
