You can call me Elise, Bachelor's Degree in Education graduate, licensed with units in Guidance and Counseling in my post graduate studies. I had been in the Field of Education before I landed into the world of BPO industry. I have extensive background in sales and customer services. I also had 6-month Recruitment experience-sourcing, recruiting, screening and interviewing and onboarding. I have been a sales coach since 2021 up until now. I am working full time as a team lead. With these experiences, I can proudly say that I am an educator, motivator and a leader who's adaptable, highly organized, detail-oriented, team player and am willing to discover and learn new things to contribute more to the team's success.
