I am a inpatient medical coder. I have handled many major job responsibilities such as using the appropriate code of various services so that health care providers can receive payments.
I am a graduate of bachelor of science in nursing and a licensed nurse here in the Philippines. I am a certified inpatient coder by AAPC. I have been working as a medical coder for almost 8 years. My current experience is in inpatient coding. The major job responsibilities I have handled are assigning and sequencing the codes for the diagnoses and procedures, determining the final diagnoses.
I have experience in handling these softwares (EPIC, CAC & Cerner). I also have experience in APR and DRG coding.
