I worked with different construction companies in the Philippines that construct residential, land developments, mid-rise to high-rise buildings. I am responsible for quantity take-offs, labor pricing, unit price analysis, cost monitoring, variation orders, and a lot more that involves the financial responsibility of a project. I am currently working on my master's degree in construction majoring in quantity surveying in New Zealand.
