Skills: US Payroll, Wells Fargo Policies and Programs, Compensation and Benefits, and Covid-19 support to US Employees

• Primarily responsible for answering questions related to the above skills and providing direction to Wells Fargo employees through written communications such as chat functionality, eForm support and email.
• The requests made by employees are related to questions or problems employees may have related to Wells Fargo benefit plans, payroll, policies, programs and on-line tools associated with Human Resources.
• The role uses traditional and online human resource systems to document transactional work and educate employees on human resource related topics
• Support Wells Fargo US, Philippines and India employees.
