I am a pro-active and a goal-oriented individual. I am very passionate in learning and personal growth. I have organized and facilitated various sets of activities where my communication skills as well as my interpersonal skills had been developed. I have also attended several trainings, seminars and workshops that helped me in my personal development. I had been in the customer service industry for more than a decade hence that also gained professional/experience advantage in the field.
