I have an ample experience being a Virtual assistant for 3 years and an Account Expert for 6 years in a BPO industry.
I have worked with various companies in the United States like Netspend, Frontier, T-Mobile, Macy's, and the most recent one was with Walmart connecting directly with American clients and consumers.
My previous job was doing the work in the News, Sales, and Production departments. I work closely with the government agencies, PNP's, and military sectors for taped and live coverage. I have trained writers, reporters, and correspondents with the right scripting and reporting, camera and video shooting, and ensuring the credibility of the source and quality of the news.
Added to it, my greatest achievement being a Writer and Project Manager in the past was being able to reached more audiences and advertisers surrounding the country, which results to more sales in production department in a Radio and Television Broadcasting Company.
Some of the skills I have are using Canva, G-Suite, Dropbox, Taking Minutes of the Meeting, Email Management, Project, Travel, and Calendar Management, Branding, Copywriting, SEO and many more.
