I'm a dynamic person seeking employment in the field of
office administration, human resource management and real estate transactions.
I'm a graduate of Political Science and Juris Doctor. I also
possess the following Professional Licenses: Real Estate Broker and Real Estate
Appraiser.
I’ve been a Private Secretary to a Municipal Mayor, an
Executive Assistant IV of a Vice Governor, a Manager of a Credit Collection
Firm, and lastly I used to be a regular employee at the City Human Resource
Office of the Local Government Unit of Dumaguete City with the last known
appointment as Human Resource Management Officer III. I resigned from such position due to medical reasons (CKD) last December 2022. Prior to my HRMO III appointment, I was an Administrative Officer III and a Development Project Officer III of the same agency.
In my last work at the LGU Dumaguete City, I was designated as Focal Person of
the PRIME HRM, where it focuses on four pillars, namely: Recruitment, Selection
and Placement; Learning and Development; Strategic Performance Management; and
Rewards and Recognition. I was also given the privilege to draft policies
related to Human Resource Management and Executive Orders. I was also head of
the Secretariat on the following committees: Grievance Committee, Investigative
Committee, Committee on Investigation and Decorum on Sexual Harassment, and
PRAISE Committee. I was also head of the team on the Pre-Employment and
Post-Employment Drug Testing.
Currently, I'm open to collaborations to use, enhance and
upgrade my skills. I'm available 4 hours a day. By the way, I'm a dialysis patient undergoing dialysis sessions at 2x per week.
