Four years experience and counting for the role. I worked with multiple companies with different tasks to meet. I have confidence that I offered the best I have with those different tasks in providing customer service and experience. The best feedback will always be from customers when I have overturned a very frustrating situation to a satisfying outcome. A lot of challenges will be encountered, customers may or may not be satisfied but there's always a way to end with a good note. Understanding customers' request is the first step to know the best option to offer and getting a yes as an answer is what I would always look forward for.
