I was once a BPO employee for more than 11 years. As time goes by, I wanted to learn and have a personal growth and career growth as well. I want to learn new opportunities and new career path aside from what I've learned for the past 11 years of my BPO career. In addition to that, quality and efficiency are my top priority.
