I have been in a retail account for 10 years catering mainly to customer’s inquiry when it comes to product details and online shopping. I was a chat support specialist from 2014 to 2020, was promoted to a floor support and eventually tasked to take on escalated/supervisory calls. I was also part of the leadership team as a Team Lead Trainee in 2021 for 1 year. I always made sure to be professional and courteous at the same time especially when dealing with irate customers, made it a point to not only resolve their concern, but at the same time, get back their trust in doing business with us.
