I’ve been working in a Healthcare account for 1 year and as an outbound sales agent I have skills in generating leads, setting appointments and cold callings. I also worked as a Collection Specialist in one of the successful companies here in the Philippines for 6 years and a Customer Service Representative for 1 year in Food Delivery Campaign.
As a Customer Service Representative, my task was to assist customers by handling complaints, inquiries and requests. Also doing email, chat support, data entry, spreadsheets update and other admin tasks for my client. Having this experiences help me to equipped the skills needed to meet my client’s expectations.
