• 17 years of experience in Software Testing and QA Processes.
• 11 years of experience in End-to-End Functional Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing for an ERP and CRM applications to perform but not limited to Test Plan, Test Case Writing, Test Execution, Defect Management and Test Report.
• 11 years of experience using HP Quality Center / HP Application Lifecycle Management as testing and defect management tool as well as HP ALM admin.
• Extensive experience in End to End Automation Testing in various ERP an CRM systems and writing automated scripts using Micro Focus UFT / HP UFT / QTP, HP QC BPT, SAP TAO v2.0, Tosca and Selenium Webdriver.
• Experience in Database Management: MS Excel, MS Access and SQL Scripting.
