I am a Registered and Licensed Architect, I have a vast experience in Space Planning, Architectural Design, Detailed Estimate, Project Implementation, Management and Scheduling, Knowledgeable in Building Code of the Philippines and RA9184 (Procurement Activities of the Gov. of the Philippines). I can work individually or in team with minimal supervision. I am a team-player and can communicate effectively, collaborate on projects, and support the team. I can coordinate and supervise consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers during design and construction phase. I am willing and eager to learn new design approaches, new techniques in construction and new software/application.
