I've worked in a Call Center before. I know how to communicate well with customers. I build rapport to make the customer feel comfortable throughout the call or even in chat. I listen well and understand the situation, or whenever I am in a chat support, I tend to analyze the situation to assist the customers better and give them the solutions they needed. I know how to express empathy to let the customers know that I understand their problems or what they are going through and that I am there to help them. I speak and write English fluently.
