Being a customer service representative in my recent job, it really helped me boost my confidence more specially when it comes to communicating other people using English language. I am a hard working individual, I am well conscious when it comes to time management and responsibility. I would always give importance to a job being offer to me, and I always give my best when it comes to duties because I know, by that way it would help me nurture and develop my skills and abilities whatever kind of job it is. The best thing that I love about myself is I love learning a lot of things because I know that while we are still alive we keep on learning new things in our daily basis. So whatever job will come even if its far from my profession being taken, I am still willing to embrace it because I know it would still help me grow as an individual.
Previously I handled
members and providers, assisting with their benefits for both medical and
pharmacy, checking their claims and billing inquiries. I always set my
customers to satisfaction, I always put myself in their shoes as I made them
feel that they are heard and valued which leads to an excellent customer
service experience. I am keen into details, work with minimal supervision and
always pay my full attention in every work that I am doing.
