Oversee post-settlement jobs such as client retention, loan variations, discharges, valuations, and
construction and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies;
• Monitor team performance metrics, setting goals, conducting regular performance evaluations, and
providing constructive feedback to tea-----------mbers;
• Conduct regular tea-----------etings, sharing updates, discussing challenges, and fostering a collaborative
and motivating work environment;
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction,
resulting in reduced turnaround times and increased client satisfaction.
• Act as a point of escalation for challenging cases, providing expert guidance and resolving issues to
maintain positive client relationships.
