I started my journey in Business Process Outsourcing in 2017 my first account was Haband which is a clothing line and then in the year 2018 I was promoted as Office in Charge, I handled multiple accounts, like B2B Sales Executive, Online Pharmacist, Health Insurance Specialist, Home and Auto Insurance Specialist, for two years and in the year 2019 I was in Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Customer Service Representative. However, the car rental account in our company was dissolved due to the pandemic and after that, we were transferred to Comcast Account as Tech Support and Customer Service in the Billing Dept. When COVID hit I thought my career in BPO was about to end when I d----------- to resign and help my Father in his business, a Coffee Shop. Since there was a protocol here in several cities in the Philippines that they don't allow the elderly or children to go outside.
In the year 2021, I remember when my Father said "Don't allow yourself to be my shadow" meaning I have to build my career or my path and gain more knowledge in my way. I received a call from a company which is Sixeleven Global Service that they can offer me a new account which is Covau Energy (Australian Account). Again I started taking calls as a Telemarketer | Lead Gen. and then the account was dissolved, and I applied to ADT Security system after taking calls as a Customer Service we were transferred to a new account which is America Home Shield.
In my six years in BPO, I was an Office in Charge | an SME or a Subject Matter Expert and a TMA - in which we execute payment for goods or services. I have skills such as Customer Service, Telemarketing Calls, Cold calling, and Sales, I'm using a USA method to retain customers on their accounts or services.
