I passed the November 2022 Bar Examination and was admitted to the Philippine Bar on May 2, 2023. Since then, I have been engaged in private law practice in the Philippines and have also been commissioned as a Notary Public. I have been practicing in a private law firm since 2023, handling legal drafting, client representation, court filings, and various litigation and transactional matters.
Before my admission to the Bar, I gained legal experience as a Legal Officer with the Department of Agrarian Reform in 2020 and as a Court Decongestion Officer in the trial courts in 2021. These roles exposed me to court processes, case management, legal research, and public service.
In addition, I have been working for almost a year as a paralegal for a New York real estate law firm, assisting in the preparation of pleadings, motions, affirmations, legal memoranda, and other documents involving New York real estate and landlord-tenant matters.
During law school, I was also a working student and worked for six years as a Customer Support Representative for Dr. Kareem Samhouri’s fitness program, which helped me develop strong communication.
