Seven years and counting of doing administrative and clerical duties, I've gained mastery in doing all the tasks that the job entails. Starting from scheduling appointments/meetings of my superior, answering emails and phone calls, setting up the office's monthly calendar, safekeeping of confidential records, and preparing correspondences, report, and presentations. I also engaged with different persons from various offices and agencies for coordination where I developed my speaking and listening skills. Being in the industry for a long time, I've embodied in my principle the integrity in doing my work and to be trustworthy since I'm privy with all the classified information.
