Troubleshooting general problems with hardware, software and connectivity issues ranging from modems, routers, cable boxes, workstations (Mainly PC) and its accessories such as monitors, printers, docking stations and other peripherals up to supporting everyday technical issues with applications used by employees from Microsoft Office to Oracle and Web based applications and lodging all interactions through ITIL based ticketing system, having been highly trained with customer service and the basic do's and don't's of the industry.
I am an extremely fast learner especially if it involves IT or technical related topics as modern technology and computers are my passion. I can also adapt to any new processes in the smallest amount of time with proper training.
