I have a background for almost 3 years in the Business Process Outsourcing industry, where I have worked as both a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support personnel. Currently my goal is to transition into a Virtual Assistant role. In this role I excel in duties such as managing calendars, organizing information and handling customer queries and complains which applies to voice or non-voice support. Effective communication is one of my strengths whether its written or verbal. I also have an approach to problem solving. Being tech savvy allows me to adapt quickly to tools and platforms.
