My duties and responsibilities include scheduling shifts for baristas and crew staff, monitoring daily expenses and revenues and also order forecasting of supplies like coffee and milk as needed and not to forget in helping to prepare to serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, milk, tea, artisan and specialty beverages.
I am able to communicate both verbally and in writing. We need the skill of communicating calmly and clearly, even in under pressure since passing on wrong information could lead to miscommunication and a dissatisfied customer or client. And as a whole, I apply it daily within my personal and professional means in terms of work ethics.
