Being a copyeditor and proofreader for more than a decade, I edit and proofread papers for errors in spelling, punctuation, and grammar. I also check manuscripts for readability, format, and agreement with journal guidelines (e.g., ScienceDirect, Elsevier, IEEE, and Journal of Mechanical Science and Technology) as most of the manuscripts I have edited come from various academic and research institutions in East and Southeast Asia, with some clients also coming from Europe and the Americas.
As a remote-based professional since 2012, I ensure punctual and organized work, given that attention to detail is one of the most critical requirements in copyediting documents. During my free time, I enjoy learning new recipes, watching documentaries and movies, and reading books to further my knowledge in doing something I truly love.
