first I served as a technical consultant were in my multitasking skills has been definitely enhance then eventually I switch to customer service were in our integrity plays a very big role, Definitely sales must always be on point a head of the target. and at the same time making sure that each and every customer will always be satisfied with my assistance.
On top of these skills, I also have a 1 year of experience in Virtual Assistance as a Social Media Manager in this role i managed social media accts such as Instagram, twitter and other social media apps to provide content suggestions and to improve reach and interaction. This experience helped me develop strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
