I started working as an Encoder in a Emission Testing Center for 11 months. My main job is being in charge of hard copies, scanning of documents and handling of other data-related tasks. Next job was in the Finance Department of the Manila North Harbor Port as an Accounts Management Associate wherein I handle clients concerns about their account. I am also responsible for generating bills, invoices or account statements of our clients. In 2018 I transferred to a BPO company, for 10 months I worked as a Customer Service Representative. My job as a Customer Service Representative is more on financial matters, we do bank transfers and other transactions using Korean Banks. After 10 months I got promoted as Team Lead. As a Team Lead, my job there also is to train newly hired CSRs, teach them to read and write Hangeul (Korean Alphabet), assist, guide the agents all throughout the shift. Retrain them if needed, give directions and make sure that all transactions are done accurately and timely. I left because of the Pandemic.
I was hired as a Data Annonator on April 2023 and the job lasted until last month. I acted as a Crowd Annotator on the UHRS platform, specializing in the comprehensive labeling of diverse data types, encompassing text, images, videos, and executing content moderation tasks to maintain data integrity and quality. Search Query Evaluation: Conducted thorough assessments of landing pages to ensure their relevance to user queries, aligning with search intent, and enhancing the overall user experience by optimizing search results. Image Evaluation: Employed meticulous attention to detail in evaluating images for sensitive content, adhering strictly to predefined guidelines to uphold data accuracy and compliance standards.
I do believe that Time is Gold. That is why I never get late. I make sure to be on time always whether it's coming to work or other deadlines, I make sure to finish everything I started, on time.
