In different job titles, I learned a lot of things. As a gold appraiser, I learned how to see the value of gold, to appraise its karats and its kind if it’s Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Saudi, man-made, or machine-made gold. Classify them and sell them to different kinds of customers.
As a CSR at WESTERN UNION, I did a multitasking job. Entertain clients online and offline, process money sent and received internationally and locally, and sell different insurances, airline tickets, and different kinds of online payments to both the government and private sector. Offer cards, enroll customers' data in the system, do cashiering, and at the end of the day, make a final report of the day's transactions.
As a teacher both online and offline, it was so fantastic and I learned how to manage and handle different levels of students and do lots of paper works and electronic work, such as; lesson planning, evaluation, voice-over, making PowerPoint, typing, editing, video recording and more…
I grew and learned many things and am still willing to learn more things.
