I've been a supervisor in E-commerce fulfillment here in the Philippines as well as a Logistics supervisor. I've been handling people for 4 years, after that I jumped to other line of business which is in BPO industry the account that I work for is an E-commerce as well, a retail company. So aside from being knowledgeable in operation side in E-commerce, whenever there will be a problem in the orders. I'm manage to learn to come up with the best possible resolution and retain there satisfaction to our company.
